Return Policy

At Divine Gifts & Party Decor Inc, we want you to love your purchase! Here’s a quick guide to our return policy: Non-Personalized Clothing Items:
  • Returns accepted within30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in new condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return:
  1. Email us at returns@divinegiftsanddecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back—customers cover return shipping unless we made a mistake or there’s a defect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Personalized Items: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless:
  • There’s a manufacturing defect
  • We made an error in the personalization
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if there’s an issue.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences—this is not a defect.
